On top of tweaking your browser, there are a few other tricks you can use to be as fast as possible. Below is a list of some things you should keep in mind:

• Ensure your computer is running as efficiently and quickly as it can. Try and scan it for viruses and such regularly.
• Minimize the number of applications you have running while you are restocking. For example, I will not play music on my computer when I restock simply because the player slows down my page loads noticeably.
• Change the amount you scroll on your mouse for the scroller wheel. I have set mine to 30 lines per notch. I believe the default is around 16, so it takes a bit of time to get used to going through pages that past. However, it's definitely worth it as you can browse through items so much faster. You can do this by going to your Control Panel, then Mouse, then to the Wheel option. Enter 30 in the box you see there.
• Make your text as small as you can while still being able to read it. This is the biggest I keep the text when I am restocking (this is just another way to look through items faster since you can fit more into your window):
  
• Make your window larger as you can fit in more items that way. For me this is especially important since my laptop is kind of small, so I remove ALL the menus at the top for my restocking window, including the navigation menu.
• When refreshing a shop, I find that clicking on the shopkeeper image is substantially faster than pressing the F5 key. Some people claim the opposite, so you'll just have to test that for yourself and use the faster method.
• Keep a haggle on your copy + paste so that when the item that stocks at that price comes up, you can save time by copying your haggle with Ctrl+V. You can use this for a price you see frequently, or for a crucial item you'd hate to miss. I'm a bit iffy about this one since TNT *may* mistake you for some kind of bot if it goes too fast.
• So this last one isn't exactly a "speed" tip but I'll add it here anyway. :P The easiest times to restock are probably in the 10:00 PM - 3:00 AM time slot. This is typically when neopets has the fewest players online, and corrrespondingly, the fewest restockers.
